Owner/Broker, Kathleen Gallagher, has been been in the property management field for over 13 years. Her entry was led by working in  her mother's corporation, Gallagher Homes Inc. while attending college. Pauline Gallagher was a Broker in Southern California, and sold hundreds of single family forclosures in Texas to California investors in the late 80's and early 90's. Not getting the kind of quality property management that she had hoped from her referrals, Pauline decided to relocate her family to Fort Worth, and started Gallagher Homes Inc. Under her mother's direction, Kathleen gained valuable knowledge and experience in the fields of investment real estate sales and property management. Her BBA in finance has complimented the years of experience working as a Broker, and has allowed her to sustain a thriving business over the years.

 Our local real estate market is ever changing, and Kathleen is constantly doing research to keep both tenants and owners aware of current conditions. When meeting with a new potential property management client, Kathleen will provide a detailed market ananysis of the subject property and advise of any improvements that should be considered to fully maximize its marketability to prospective tenants. As a fellow investor, Kathleen understands the sometimes daily anxiety one feels when properties sit vacant. "How will I make my mortgage payment?" "Did I choose a bad investment?" Endless questions! It is her empathy for this all to common feeling that enables her to give real advise to her clients about what to do next.

 Due in large part to strict lending guidelines, owners of rental property are able to raise rents for the first time in years! We can demand a better quality of tenant! We do not have to suffer thru 90 days on the market before a new tenant chooses our home! People will always need housing, and now is the time to acquire new rentals while the real estate market is recessed and flooded with forclosures. Kathleen is a certified HUD Broker, and can assist with selecting and bidding on weekly auction properties. Thru years of experience in property management, she inherently knows what areas will provide better long term investments, and which to avoid for various reasons. She has extensive knowledge and experience in assisting her clients in their 1031 Tax Deferred Echanges as well.
